Edit: Predictably, Amazon matched the price. what they didn't match (or at least what I can't see) is any gift card match, making the Best Buy deal technically the best price on this TV so far (new at least).

I bought the c1 last year when everyone was chasing the c2. I paid $1,100 through Walmart for a 65" plus $200 cash back through Amex. Absolutely love the tv and have not noticed any noticeable differences between the c1,c2,c3. I'd argue the c1 has better gaming experience than the c2 as well due to extra settings you can no longer tweak on the c2
How badly do you want a TV? The price will match or go below this in a few months for Black Friday, then in January the C4 will be announced and these will go even lower.

The biggest differences between the C1 and C3 is that the C3 is better at upscaling low resolution content and supports DTS audio.
