Slickdeals used to be such an exciting place to pop into several times a day to snag a crazy price mistake or close out deal on stuff.
Now… "staff" posts (almost certainly algorithmically/AI driven) saving $6 on plastic food containers, still likely the same price you'd find at most retailers for equivalent products.
Bums me out - oh well 🤷🏼 ♂️
If you put garlic in with the rice it will deter the moths. I don't recommend with the cereal though.
If you care more about bang for your buck over aesthetic, buy some gamma lids and buckets. (You can usually find buckets for free by asking restaurants). You can store way more in those for a fraction of the cost.

I use these for storing single rolls of 3D printing filament along with a reusable desiccant box. Work great! Actually just ordered a 6 pack for $26 off Amazon.

I think we've always bought the small deals while waiting for the big scores, but it does seem like the slickest deals have been more scarce, maybe due to the recent period of price increases. Here is a list of recent Slick Deals, which will hopefully be getting much more numerous by the end of the year. You raise a good point that you shouldn't have to see deals you aren't interested in, which is definitely an area that can be upgraded.
