Can't find much in the way of reviews but seems similar to the popular GOVEE deal around christmas at half the price.

Interested, but hesitant to purchase based on limited reviews. Can't seem to find much on videos either.

I bet you these things won't last a year on the North East weather. I have Govee outdoor lights that I installed 2 summers ago on a deck. It didnt even last the entire summer. Waste of money.

Get a real low voltage 12v lights folks.

Do you have a brand recommendation?

I bought my stuff from Aliexpress/Amazon/Quindor and did it ourselves. If you want to buy from an American company (though the lights/tracks are the same), there is BrightHomeLights (Canada has ShowHomeLights), there are of course others as well. BrightHome you can buy DIY and install yourself or they also have a map/list of partnered installers (it'll of course be more expensive but still much cheaper than the national brands like TrimLights/Jellyfish/Oelo, etc.).

Here are some pics/videos of my setup:

I also bought compatible 12V floodlights for the yard (Ligency off Amazon for 4 tiny ones for the bushes and 2 10W RGBW ones from YourPixelStore (they also sell the lights and tracks, but not the control box like BrightHome does).

Price seems decent also costco return policy. However, govee's software support is hard to beat. Govee pro has matter support but about 2x expensive..

Wound up purchasing it, not sure if I'll keep it. The colors themselves look great, the components also are great. Haven't mounted it, just taped it up with duct tape to test out.

The app on the other hand is slow as hell and somewhat buggy. I can't disable certain lights, it doesn't respond to on/off or switch of lighting patterns immediately.
