Also this one has a few added ingredients to it such as 1g of sugar and "natural flavors" etc.
I personally prefer the natrol fast dissolve ones and stick them under my tongue 20 min prior to getting in bed

Full grown 220 pound adult here and 5 mgs knocks me out. I can manage taking 2 of these
Suggested dosage for therapeutic use from what I've seen is .3mg for an adult. I take some tiny 2mg tabs and cut them into thirds and they knock me, a 6ft tall adult male, out.
The market is unregulated in the US, so it's a forever race to the bottom (top?) with dosages. I think people see pills with lower dosages and think they're a bad deal, so manufacturers are pumping huge amounts of melatonin into their supplements for sales reasons.
If you're going to give these to your kids, I'd suggest cutting the gummies into thirds or fourths.
