The "new" ones at Elite models from Corsair are OOS. It looks like they might be EOL the Elite in favor of the Ultra.
Anyway, YMMV, but I don't intend to buy another one, and I probably should have bought a new mouse a long time ago, but I do like the ergonomics, and the button quality, etc. It's a very nice piece honestly. I just wish it worked properly. FWIW, I bought mine brand new, not a refurb.

I had the same issue with a Corsair mouse, and finally updated the firmware and it is completely fixed! Sounds like you likely already have tried but hopefully it helps!
