    The issues of these Chinese cheap brand is that they don't provide any customer support after you buy them. I bought another faucet last year and when it stopped working, I can't find the cartridge or any support from the manufacturer. On the other hand if you use brand name, like Moen, Toto, you can easily buy the replacement parts and trouble shooting is much easier.

    This seller was non-existent before April according to camelcamelcamel. Sometime they simply disappear after half a year which leaves you high up and dry.

    I say stay away from these fancy Chinese brand. They are not worth your time, money and effort.

    Plus, it is $70 now, not $35. For $35, I might give it a try because chances are, parts themselves cost about the same...
