I just received mine delivered Next Day! Opened the box and if this is not a brand new Xbox then they have an amazing refurb team. Looks great. And a brand new controller with 2 AA batteries. So far I am super happy about this.

One of the very last checkout pages... if you scroll to the bottom there should be a box where you can enter the promo code. It was there for me.

Once you add to cart, log in (or select guest) and checkout.

Add promo code area appears on the "step 2: payment" just below "billing address."

In my experience, you have to purchase with an account. If you try purchasing as a guest the "promo" field will not show.
