Very thin flimsy metal sheets. Only kept somewhat stable by an unusually large number of nuts and matching bolts.
I doubt it could support more than 40 lbs.
The handle as mentioned above is made of chinesium and bends without any real pressure. I accidentally bent it trying to tighten the bolt to the nut.
Ended up 3d printing a bracket for the handle to keep it stable:

The non wheeled legs are very sharp, metal sheet corners. Don't put your hand or foot anywhere near it
