It is not clear what nylon it is used but thule is using 100D. Also it is using YKK zipper and there is wire to keep the shape when loading the stuff. I found this very useful since a bigger bag is difficult to load with pile of shirts and having a wire to keep the shape helps in my case. For longevity and if you are heavy user, I would recommend thule. I found that during my traveling, I will always unzip and zip daily. This leads to wear and tear. Lots of my cheap amazon ones are torn after 1-2 trips (2-4 weeks) if you pack lots of things (compression).
