I look at slickdeals both on mobile and on a laptop, and neither has ever shown that.
I don't think i've ever actually seen this set for $70, but i do remember someone posting a YMMV $80 clearance price at only a select few HD stores like 2 or 3 months ago for it.

I've bought this for this price years ago. It's a great set. I'm definitely an enthusiast, and it's been great for me. The only complaint is that the sockets don't really stay well in the drawers. Looks like the case is slightly different now, so it may be a different story.
