MSI is going to be brighter with less IPS glow. I just had to go though this same thing
I mean, the op post also uses Allstate for the warranty so I'm not sure what you're argument is here.
I had a monitor fail and Allstate sent me a check with very little fuss. Didn't even need to do anything with the monitor.

$166 is the reverb price on Amazon. $219 new. I'm upgrading from a 60hz Samsung monitor, so I pulled the trigger. The rest of my setup is MSI and I haven't been disappointed yet. I hope I made a good decision.
