No, PSN won't prorate a bundle like Steam will if you already own one of the games

On a positive note, the 2nd game is really good and well worth the $23.99 or whatever it's on sale at right now. I was pretty skeptical about the series but had read good things and had the first one from PS+ so I gave it a try. Good game. I immediately bought the 2nd game (Requiem if I remember correctly) and really enjoyed it. I enjoyed the first game but the second is quite a bit better. I'd definitely recommend it if you enjoyed the first.
