I think even Iconian can be frustrated trying to predict how a deal will be received. It's still early, and people usually aren't too excited about digging through Dell's inventory. I'm sure your post is helping some SDers Smilie

I bought two latitudes 7440 using this code two days ago.
they had over 30 and all gone in a few hours

Anyone have experience with the Cosmetic Grade B laptops? The fully loaded Dell Precision 7550 Touch seems like it would be a powerhouse for photo editing and productivity, but they only have it Grade B and I'm concerned it will be very worn.

Is this for the $200 Amex Biz Plat credit that you're asking about? If so, yes it'll code as Dell and you'll receive the credit. Source: I've done it 4 times and it always worked.

I've found the B grade laptops can end up being as pristine as Grade A (and vice versa, sadly). The saving grace of Dell Financial Services (the subsidiary behind dellrefurbished.com) is that they have a very friendly customer service, and you can swap laptops essentially till you get one that meets your expectations. They will gladly kick you back pro-ration for a weak battery (on your word, no need to provide proof) or send you a replacement battery, fan, keyboard, etc, if they have it in stock and you feel comfortable enough doing the replacement on your own, which I've found to be quite easy given how these business laptops are clearly designed for repairability. I'll do batteries and fans, no problem, but if I have a keyboard issue, I'll just ask for an exchange.

Lucky, DFS never codes for my Amex offers on the Bonvoy or Blue.
