Any benefit earned from this offer is in addition to the rewards (i.e. Membership Rewards or cash back) earned as part of your existing Card benefits, but your ability to earn spend-based rewards for the purchase will be based on the amount after any statement credit or other discount is applied. Question for the veteran Holland cruisers out there. If I buy $750 worth of onboard credit with my amex card and have $500 of onboard credit remaining at the end of the cruise, it's my understanding that I would be refunded the $500. The question is will the $500 go back to my amex card or the card I put "on file" for the cruise? (Mastercard is the card I listed on Holland's check-in process)

I bought $750 x 2 in on-board credit and received both statement credits. However, on one of the cards, the offer is still showing under saved offers. The other disappeared like it should. Has this ever happened to anyone and did you try using the offer again?

My mistake. I went on HAL last year and am going on Carnival next year so that's what I was looking at.

It depends on if you're using your own Amex Offers or someone else's. i.e. 2 offers for self you should be careful if one disappears, if self and spouse you can hit both without question
