I bought their Cafe electric oven and gas range somewhere between ten and fifteen years ago. The gas range has been fine. I changed the jets from methane to propane without any trouble.
The electric oven worked fine. But the temperature difference between normal and convection (25F) was weird. And I thought the Sabbath feature was also weird. It was not totally offensive, but somewhere in the gray area. They should not have put that in, as it panders to (idiots || offensive people).
Recently, I had to deal with replacing some wiring. The insulation melted and the conductors shorted against the frame. I also had to replace two heating elements that went bad, the top and the convective elements. After replacing the elements and the bad wiring, it is now working fine again. FWIW, I replaced the wiring with Boeing certified 600V wires I bought from Boeing surplus a couple decades ago.
The first couple times, my stove gave off some bad smells, but it is fine now. The repair is fine. But before you buy this oven, ask yourself if you are ready to disassemble it and replace some wiring and heating elements ten years from now.
Ended up getting the Samsung flex duo equivalent which has worked out real well.
