Wow, they're really raking hard for that lifetime warranty.
You can get a 6 battery charger from Bosch for $119 retail price and lower with deals when they have them.
(And yeah, I know, nobody has Bosch Cordless. no need to tell me.)

There is a lawsuit pending again HD for deceptive pricing tactics. This item has likely never been listed at this price. Unfortunately, the only winners will be the attorneys.

I still have some Bosch from Fry's holiday sale back in the day. Free tools (angle grinder, single hand reciprocating saw) with $50 Li-battery 6ah. Still working and heavily used as a landlord doing property maintenance. Added some more pieces through the years. Mainly have Rigid tools bc of their sales/promos and warranty. I have small hands so prefer Bosch. Lowe's still sells complete Bosch lines of tools.
Was $149 last time. I'd say it's still worth at $169 but if you're not in a rush it'll definitely be $169 again in the future and hopefully $149 again.

Ridgid's 6 port charger retails for $139 (on sale with 2 x 4ah batteries for $199 right now). Batteries are usually what jack up prices.
Speaking of, I just received a free replacement for a 15 year old Ridgid battery under LSA. One of the first Ridgid tools I bought and the only one to fail yet.
