the Ultra 2 has been out for like 6 months, How refurbished can it be? Could these just be watches with the o2 sensor they dumped on the secondary market and they have to say refurbished?
Can you still get apple care on them?

Not sure if you can get apple care. IF it still has the original 1 year apple warranty (the remaining), then in theory you might be able to add apple care (2 years or monthly). 3'ish years ago I bought a refurbed Series 6 SS and I had to bring mine to an Apple Store for inspection to activate apple care.
Doesn't say apple vs generic band. Generic band means $100 loss.
Frankly retail is pretty slow right now on many of the higher priced tech items. I would not get this watch unless it had 100% battery and the original band. Or close to 100%, not 85% or higher. Assuming there will be a version 3 in 4 months, there should be price drops on new ones.

I have few apple bands and so many generic bands. They are almost identical quality I wouldn't buy apple brand for expecting any superior quality/durability.

Exactly and I expect they will have something big for AW10. (Even though it is actually AW11 since the first AW was series 0 but who is counting)
Its a refurbished watch in 'excellent' condition according to seller for vs. $800 new. Doesn't seem like a great deal for 2nd hand no idea if from around time of launch last year possibly.

Apple never removed any sensors from any of their watches. They are simply disabled through software to get around the patent battle they lost.
Is this with the oxygen sensor? It says so in features. Decent deal.
I bought one from this seller about a month ago and the sensor is enabled but YMMV. Came with a generic band and charging puck that barely works but otherwise the watch looks and functions like its brand new.
