I bought the allpower r600 when it was $143 on amazon and I use it to make my mac mini "portable". I have tested it with other desktops and had no issue. Claimed 10ms response.

Item looked brand new. The only negative thing I can say about the Rivers is that they're missing an LED light, which is standard on most power supplies. That means I'll have to use one of the ports or outlets if I need emergency light. Other than that, I love the unit. I was VERY skeptical about the fast charging but sure enough, the thing miraculously charged in an hour. And I love the flat top, allowing me to put things on the unit. Other models have a handle on top.
As a Manhattanite, we don't really get power outages. Nor do I go camping or tailgating. I bought it as a UPS for my computer. I used to have a lead acid UPS that was heavy, bulky and required too much maintenance. People seemed mix on using this, and power stations in general, as a UPS. Many claim that the switchover from AC to the battery isn't fast enough. Well, they're wrong. I've tested this several times by physically unplugging it from the wall and my desktop PC and 8 external drives suffered no interruption. In fact, it saved my butt last week. I was in the middle of rendering a video which normally takes 6-10 hours. Any interruption means starting over again. While unplugging something, I accidentally tripped the power switch on the surge protector, in which this was plugged. My PC continued running as if nothing happened.
A big headache with power stations is the discharge-recharge maintenance required every few months. For someone who doesn't go camping, that means easily forgetting to cycle the unit. And that is in fact what happened to another model we bought years ago. After using it just once, it sat in the closet untouched for years. When we took it out for a picnic, the battery had degraded so much, it no longer held a charge. Maintenance seems easier with these LiFePo models. And using it as a UPS makes maintenance much easier. I just let it power my computer for a few hours every few months (or a 500 watt coffee maker for faster discharge). I won't need to take it out of storage just for maintenance cycling.

Yes. YouTube videos show very fast switching time where your computer is not interrupted. Faster than the other ecoflow units.
