Shows shipped by Amazon though, and the receipt doesn't show the seller, right? Amazon is an authorized retailer, so when you register, it'll be fine.

Dunno if I'd call them reliable, I've had two of these fail in the last 6 years. The rapid one (grey) is pretty solid though.
