Good deal if it works for your application. I was considering it for the side of my garage by my ceiling is too low for a 2 foot drop (max out at 18 inches).

FYI- It looks to me like both this version and the Costco one have the availability to adjust drop down height. 23"-37" for this version would still be a little too much drop (not to rub salt in the wound 😜). Nothing a chop saw won't cure though!

Currently on sale for $270 for a two pack. They go on sale fairly frequently to about the same price.
