I don’t know. I sent it back. It’s not worth the hassle dealing with something like that for me. Ended up buying a new dell. It had less ram and slower CPU but a bigger screen

I doubt you'll have any problem; just tell them battery is under 80% of design capacity, and be ready to tell them the exact numbers if they ask.
Somewhere on the website it mentions batteries are...

Oh my....the first step is to always ensure cleared credentials. I wonder if Dell uses a 3rd party ITAD or if they do this in-house. I'd imagine a 3rd party who completely whiffed on this batch...
