I see two different model numbers for sale on woot for the same iPad. One is $149 (4XQU2LL/A) and the other is $179 (MJQL3LL/A).

Too bad they purposely made this a centimeter bigger so that you won't even think about using the these keyboards on the new iPad airs even if the keyboard is identical.. Apple wants you to pay up ........again..

They are both available. They have different model numbers though. Not sure what the big difference is. I bought one of each to see.

the do work with new ipad air 13... (not pro)....
magic keyboard for iPad air 13 (2024)( and iPad pro (2022) is the same exact model number

These magic keyboards are ridiculously overpriced at MSRP.

Bought a Gen 1 magic keyboard on sale for my 2022 12.9" iPad Pro. The fit was fine. Within a couple weeks, I found I couldn't live without it.

Just picked up a 2024 13" Ipad Pro. Still wish the 13" Gen 3 magic keyboard was less than $349. However, I did find and purchase and open box at BB for $299. (This price is still ridiculous for what it is, but it's the Apple tax I suppose.)

The 3rd-5th Gen magic keyboard goes for $149 instead. I have both 5th and 6th gen iPad Pro 12.9", I think I tried the keyboard on my 6th gen iPad, and it worked just fine. Too bad I sold the keyboard a couple of days ago, so I can't verify now.

a keyboard that will soon discontinue and does not work with new models. It maybe good for 1-2 years with old ipad models but after a few years when you need to upgrade to newer ipad models? You won't be able to use this keyboard anymore and need to buy another magic keyboard.
