Where did you see the reviews? Lowe's site is mostly positive. Saw several complaints that it doesn't have the Ultra Dry feature in the Express Mode and others complaint it just "doesn't measure up the level of quality" they came to expect from the Cafe line of products.
Now she wants a matching Cafe microwave, both w/ the optional brushed brass handles to match our brass knobs....
and she's eyeing their refrigerator models too.
I read the Consumer Report for this model, the only "Con" listed is "A manually cleaned filter". Scored "Very Good" on Washing, Drying, Energy Use and Noise….which are what I care about the most.
Of course none of this matters if my toddlers break the door off like the last Dishwasher.
