Similar CPU performance. For gaming, there is no difference. AMD is more efficient, so colder, quieter, and more battery life. Intel is slightly better for productivity.
There are no $500-600 i7 level laptops for rtx 3060. Why do you expect such a price soon for rtx 4060? current 3060 deals more like $600-800. 4060 is much better gpu.
