Yes. I have a Firestone here that always beats tire rack prices and even gives me road hazard. They just can’t give me the rebate if there happens to be one.

I found that my local shop will match tirerack prices usually or get within like $10 per tire. That makes the whole process easier just get it from the local guy

XL = extra load, for towing. These tires are heavier than normal tires as they're reinforced to reduce flexing when towing a trailer for example. I imagine they ride hard, but have never used one...

Alignment is only part of what affects tire wear. You must also factor driving habits and load placement. This is why tire rotation is important standard maintenance.

you are correct. I did a search and there is a Walmart about 13 miles from me that does. Other than that, they are all around 35 miles or so or in NY or PA. I am in North Jersey
