You'll recognize elements from bg3 but because they weren't trying to follow d&d rulesets it's different enough to be a worthwhile time sink. Div os2 really plays into environmental effects so there's constantly decisions to make to try and leverage your environment on each fight; bg3 has this but to a much lesser extent.

So many options and it does not hold your hand.,
Lohse storyline is unreal , the song still gives me goosebumps when i play it.
Divinity also got me hooked way way more than BG3.
