This place has become my fav for pet meds. Petco always has massive delays and it's usually 2-3 weeks before I receive the Rx. Chewy is much faster, but several of our vets won't approve them anymore. Chewy fails to send the Rx to the vet for approval and then sends out automated emails to the customer that the vet hasn't replied. Customer calls the vet's office to yell at them for something that is actually Chewy's fault. The worst of all though is Allivet (also sells under Walmart, Tractor Supply, etc.). Their CS is terrible, they illegally charge tax on tax-exempt Rx and sometimes you simply never get the order at all. That should be be an easy fix, but Allivet just insists they sent it and fails to take any action until you file a BBB complaint and/or chargeback. Soooo ... PetMeds for the win!

Chewy is good but this may save money. The only problem I had with Chewy was cancelling a monthly delivery. They shipped after I requested a cancel. Not a big deal as I cancelled the next month in advance.
