Yes, and it's reasonably light for a laptops with those specs. Only a handful of 16 inch laptops are lighter (LG Grams, Swift Edge, etc). My only gripe is that 350 nits is too low for me, but may be fine for others. I only buy laptops with a minimum 400 nit peak brightness displays now, especially in this price range. Also, a 1600p display would have been much better at this size. I definitely notice the difference between 1200p and 1600p 16" displays. Other than the display, the specs are pretty decent. Would be more compelling at a $200 or so discount whenever it goes on sale.
Although Sale information isn't explicitly mentioned in Costco page, I think they're actually offering it at far lesser price than the expected Launch price. let me explain why.
This specific SKU, SFG16-72T-95LG, has not been released yet in US by Acer and no other retailers are offering it. Closest I could find is the model # SFG16-72T-57PH,[amazon.com] sold and shipped by Amazon, for Preorder (June 14 release date) at @ $849.99. But that model is significantly lower speced, coming with Core Ultra 5-125H, just 16B of Ram and 512GB SSD, vs Core i9/32GB ram/1TB SSD configuration in this one, for just $50 more. This looks like a Costco exclusive launch and they're offering it at a lower price, at least for now.
If only this laptop had at least 2560 x 1600 resolution (WQXGA, not WUXGA), more RAM (32 preferably 64), and a H-class CPU.
H-class CPU performance is like night and day versus the Ultrabook mobillity power-efficient CPUs such as the Ultra/U/P/Y/G processors. Everything simplify "flies" on the high-performance H-class processors compared to these more power-efficient ones. Apps opening, programs and updates getting installed, everything.... is so much faster.

I can't imagine the Ultra 9-185H will be much faster than the Ultra 7-155H.

So, your can't really guess performance of a Processor in a different machine by comparing it with performance of another machine having the same CPU.
Just to give you an idea, the Alienware M16 R2 (2024 release), also uses the same Core Ultra 7 155H or Ultra 9 185H and Dell allows it to go up to 120W PL2 and 100W sustained TDP and because of that it performs similar to a Core i9-13900H but still being efficient than raptor lake.
