How should California balance the budget?

Solution?

1. Inform all illegal immigrants that the welfare/healthcare handout is over (Provide them with alternative {1 time} 1k per family to include 1 way ticket {home country}
2. Slash pensions (gov) across the board by 1/4
3. legalize and tax marijuana
4. reduce spending in prison- make prisoners earn health care by working for it (not working on free weights)
The list can go on and on, but the real problem is getting a government in place which can carry it out.

Seems the people of California are more then happy to go down with the ship.

Its going to get a whole lot worse for Californians.. It appears they "Cooked the Books" to balance the budget..

I'd really like to know how one can "balance the budget" with an 8-million gap in it.

Oh wait, that's government accounting for you. But hey, as long as those "balancing" the budget get paid I guess it's all good to them. Now we have to have another proposition that clearly states they can't balance the budget and get paid if there is an IOU in it.

That's because they've done a great job of getting large amounts of people at least partially dependent on the state. Same thing they're trying to do in the White House.

That's what happens when you make the conscious decision to replace the historic population of the United States with a low IQ, low skill, low income population with high illegitimacy rates that relies on government to provide for it.

The decline of California.. 7 out of 10 cities nationwide are in California..!!

That should be a main criterion when deciding what countries we allow people to immigrate from. How successful or dysfunctional Americans descending from those countries are..

In other words, we should have more East Asians and Indians, and fewer Hispanics and Afro-Caribbeans.
