Sheriff Joe: 'Probable cause' Obama certificate a fraud

An investigative “Cold Case Posse” launched six months ago by “America’s toughest sheriff” – Joe Arpaio of Arizona’s Maricopa County – has concluded there is probable cause that the document released by the White House last year as President Obama’s birth certificate is a computer-generated forgery.

The posse says it has identified at least one person of interest in the alleged forgery of Obama’s birth certificate.

Mike Zullo, Arpaio’s lead investigator, said his team believes the Hawaii Department of Health has engaged in a systematic effort to hide from public inspection any original 1961 birth records it may have in its possession.

“Officers of the Hawaii Department of Health and various elected Hawaiian public officials may have intentionally obscured 1961 birth records and procedures to avoid having to release to public inspection and to the examination of court-authorized forensic examiners any original Obama 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health may or may not have,” Zullo said.....

.....“Absent the authentic Hawaii Department of Health 1961 birth records for Barack Obama, there is no other credible proof supporting the idea or belief that President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, as he and the White House have consistently asserted,” Zullo said.

“In fact, absent the authentication of Hawaii Department of Health 1961 birth records for Barack Obama, there is no other proof he was born anywhere within the United States.”

In addition, investigators say they have developed credible evidence that President Obama’s Selective Service card was a forgery, based on an examination of the postal date stamp on the document. Also, records of Immigration and Naturalization Service cards filled out by passengers arriving on international flights originating outside the United States in the month of August 1961, examined at the National Archives in Washington, D.C., are missing records for the week of President Obama’s birth.

The posse, comprised of former law enforcement officers and lawyers with law enforcement experience, has interviewed dozens of witnesses and examined hundreds of documents. It also has taken numerous sworn statements from witnesses around the world.

What part of the allegation and the evidence do you dispute, and why?

I'm not at all a "conspiracy theorist", and I had long ago abandoned the idea of the BC and BHO's credentials being fake, other than using it in a joking manner. However, when a team of highly regarded law enforcement officers conduct an investigation and present their findings with evidence, I am inclined to take notice and be open to the idea that there may possibly be something to the issue after all. I'm honestly open to the truth to fall in either direction.

There isn't any new information here. Just the same stuff that is trotted out each time. The same claims that already been debunked by established experts.

There is no way to disprove a conspiracy theorist. Every obvious piece of evidence simply becomes another layer of conspiracy.


If these people were even remotely rational about this topic they would realize how absurd it is to think that with 4 years and all the resources in the world to create a perfect forgery, the White House would release a forgery that could be "discovered" by every person with a license for Illustrator.

If Sheriff Joe and his team conduct an in-depth investigation whether I am a pedophile terrorist mass murderer member of AQ and publish the findings, then the findings would certainly be open to discussion if I were a prominent public figure whose job depended upon the results of those findings.

BHO is POTUS, and the findings are very relevant to his job. BHO works for us the American citizens and voters, and the findings are very relevant to us allowing him to keep his job or extend it for another term. That makes it worthy of examining and discussing the findings of the investigation.

Your estimate of "Fair" would probably depend more on whether or not you *agree* with the findings of the investigation.

In the case of the POTUS, it is IMHO unfair to the citizens of the US to withhold the results of the investigation if there is credible evidence to suggest that there has truly indeed been a coverup and that he is not eligible to be POTUS.
