He may be the closest thing Fox news has to a legitimate journalist, but he's no liberal. |

I also, of course, consider it hypocritical to say that it's ok to kill a child because his mother was raped, though, so even though I wasn't specifically referring to Ryan, he's certainly not consistent here either. At least the position of some ultra-liberal activists (that it doesn't matter if the fetus is a person or not, because a woman has the right to kill it because it's basically a parasite), despite being reprehensible to me, is internally consistent. |

I was actually a bit proud that one post managed to be dismissed as over the top conservatism by a liberal and blind liberal hatred by a conservative. If you weren't serious (or if you aren't actually liberal), my dreams have been shattered. |

The CBS had far more independents but oversampled the democratic base by 50% greater than the conservative base so I think it is less accurate when compared to the general populace and it highly suspect and inaccurate. The CNN poll better reflects the country and basically while Ryan won it, it was within the margin of error. With that said, it is no wonder both sides thought they won because it seemed it was pretty much a stalemate. If you liked Ryan, you thought he won. If you liked Biden, you thought he won. One's subjectivity dictated the winner while at least the poll shows scientifically that it was most likely a stalemate. The snapshot poll gave a good picture of what viewers thought immediately following the debate. The upcoming polls will reflect what those thought after listening to their respective news station opine on the performances. If you watch MSNBC, you will be told how aggressive and powerful Biden seemed. If you watch Fox News, you will be told how Ryan stuck to stats and Biden smurked, grimmaced, and interrupted constantly. Ultimately, no one will be swayed on which President they will vote on based on the debate of Vice Presidents. Both camps will use it to structure their next two debates but ultimately when it comes to the VP, no one cares. They either supported your beliefs or they had no effect. We aren't voting for the VP of the U.S., but POTUS! nil carborundum illegitimi

Keep these things in mind when reading my statements. The less biased news outlets are calling it a tie.
If I appear to be ignoring your posts, it's probably because you are on my ignore list.
