You can earn 15% off your next purchase if you sign up for the ExpressNext Credit Card. Cardholders automatically receive all of the benefits of a Express NEXT rewards member, but they earn points twice as fast and can even receive free standard shipping on all orders after spending $375 at Express within a single year.
Status-Based Discounts
If you are currently enrolled in an institution of higher learning, you can take advantage of the 15% off student discount at Express. All you have to do is verify your student status through UNiDAYS. If you are a member or veteran of the military, Express offers a 15% off military discount code, which can be found on the Coupons page. Express does not offer senior citizen discounts at this time.
Express Return Policy
If you need to return or exchange your recent Express purchase, you have until 60 days after your original purchase date. Items must be in new and unused conditions with all tags attached, and you must provide proof of purchase to receive a refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.l
Express Price Adjustment Policy
Express will grant a one-time price adjustment on an item purchased in-store that has gone down in price within 14 days of your original purchase date. Items purchased from Express Factory Outlet stores are not eligible for price adjustments, and no price adjustments will be made during store-wide sales.
Get the Best Shipping Price
While you may save big with promo codes and other discounts at Express, if you want to save on shipping, know that you’ll only earn free shipping if you spend at least $50. If you don’t plan on hitting that minimum, definitely jump on any free shipping specials that come up.
