Klook Refund Policy

Klook's cancellation policy depends on the type of booking and how you paid. Each booking clearly states whether cancellation is free, conditional, or not available. Whether you’re eligible for a refund depends on the operator and the experience you booked.

Most activities allow free cancellation if you cancel either 24-48 hours before the scheduled start time, but some charge cancellation fees and others don't provide refunds. Klook does offer optional "No-show Refund" insurance which will get you 60% of your money back if you can't make it and don't show up for the activity, no matter what the reason.
