Visible Refund Policy

If you need to return a device to Visible, you have to do so within 14 days of purchase. To return your device, contact the Visible Care team. They'll send you a prepaid, preaddressed return shipping label.

Before you return your device, make sure to disable the Find My iPhone/security features and delete any sensitive information. If your phone has a physical SIM card, remove it. Pack your phone in its original shipping box, along with the receipt. Remember that returning the device does not cancel your plan.
