FAQ
Does FedEx offer promo codes?
Yes, FedEx regularly offers promo codes ranging from 10-30% off, or fixed dollar discounts, like $10 off $50. Check what’s available right now in our list at the top of the page.
How can I get discounts at FedEx?
Use a promo code from our list above at checkout, join Print Preferred for an automatic 10% off, enroll in FedEx Rewards for points, sign up for the newsletter, download the app for exclusive deals, or time your purchases around Black Friday and other major sales to get special discounts.
Where can I find reliable FedEx coupon codes?
Check the official FedEx "Coupons & Deals" page first, then verified coupon sites like Slickdeals. The FedEx newsletter and their social media accounts may also put out legitimate codes from time to time.
What services are eligible for FedEx promo codes?
Most codes are for FedEx Office printing – like business cards, banners and marketing materials – rather than shipping, although packaging supplies and labels sometimes qualify.
Can I combine multiple FedEx coupon codes?
No, FedEx usually only allows one promo code per order, but Print Preferred members may be able to stack their automatic discount with some promotions.
How To Use FedEx Coupon Codes
Using a FedEx promo code is pretty simple. Click on whatever deal catches your eye to show the code, then copy it. Head over to FedEx's site and add whatever you need to the cart. At checkout, look for the box that says "Promo Code" or "Enter Promo Code” – paste your code there and click apply. Your discount should come off the total right away, just double-check it worked before you pay. Some codes have a minimum spend requirement or only work on certain items, so make sure your purchase is eligible before you confirm.
When You Can Save More at FedEx
Regular coupon codes are great. But if you time things right around big sales, you could make real savings. FedEx runs promotions throughout the year, especially at times when everyone's shipping – think the holidays and back-to-school season. If you have a large print job coming up or need to send a bunch of packages, wait for one of these events to seriously cut costs.
FedEx Black Friday Deals
Black Friday is a great time for FedEx savings, especially on the printing side. You'll usually see discounts of 20-30% off custom print orders. It’s perfect timing too, since businesses need holiday cards and shoppers are sending gifts all over. Shipping deals also pop up, so watch for codes dropping in mid to late November.
FedEx Cyber Monday Savings
Cyber Monday is when you’ll start to see a lot of online-only deals. FedEx Office puts out a lot of deals on web orders during this period – business cards, brochures, yard signs, you name it. These codes could come in the form of a percentage off or dollar discounts. It’s a good time to stock up if you've been putting off ordering supplies.
FedEx Seasonal Sales
FedEx doesn't just wait for Black Friday. They run seasonal promotions all year. Spring usually brings marketing material deals as companies update their look. Summer has shipping discounts for vacation season. Fall means deals on business supplies. Winter focuses on holiday cards and calendars. Keep checking for new coupon codes as something's always on sale.
FedEx Office Special Promotions
Here's the thing—FedEx Office does its own separate deals apart from the main shipping promos. Could be banners one month, posters the next. They rotate what's discounted pretty regularly. The "Coupons & Deals" section on their site updates frequently, so bookmark that if you use FedEx Office a lot.
More Ways to Save with FedEx
Using our coupon codes is the easiest move, but there are other tricks to stack on top if you really want to maximize savings. FedEx has loyalty programs and membership perks that give you ongoing discounts, not just one-time deals.
Join the FedEx Print Preferred Program
This one's a no-brainer if you regularly need to print stuff. Sign up (it's free) and you get an instant 10% off every print order forever, plus free shipping when you spend over $100. This can be used alongside other promos too, which is rare, plus there’s no minimum spend requirement.
Sign Up for FedEx Rewards
With FedEx Rewards, you can earn points when you ship to save money in the long term. You even get a welcome bonus just for joining. Points turn into account credits you can use on future shipments. It’s a totally free program, so it makes sense for anyone who needs to ship something even occasionally.
Access Educational Discounts
Students get a break when they show their student ID at participating locations. They can ship documents for up to 30% off (with FedEx Envelope/Pak) or packages for up to 20% off (International Priority). This starts at just $10 for qualifying services.
Subscribe to the FedEx Newsletter
Signing up for emails gets you codes that don't show up anywhere else. You'll hear about sales before they go public too. Plus updates on new services. Takes two seconds and you can always unsubscribe if it gets annoying.
Use the FedEx Mobile App
The app isn't just for tracking. They throw app-only deals in there sometimes, plus you get push notifications when flash sales happen. And, most importantly, managing shipments from your phone is easier than logging into the website every time.
Bundle Services and Save
Order more, pay less per unit. That's basically how it works with print products – your per-card or per-flyer price drops as quantity goes up. For shipping, if you're doing serious volume, you may qualify for business account rates. Call FedEx Office directly for big custom print jobs too. They'll often quote you lower than what's listed online.
About FedEx
FedEx is kind of everywhere by this point, offering its services in over 220 countries and territories. Frederick W. Smith started the whole thing back in 1973 with a hub and spoke system that changed overnight delivery. Now they move millions of packages daily through different divisions: FedEx Express handles their express deliveries, Ground takes care of the more economical deliveries, Freight moves big shipments, and FedEx Office runs the printing side. They're based in Memphis, Tennessee.
FedEx Office used to be Kinko's before FedEx bought them in 2004. Now it's a one-stop shop for printing business cards, marketing materials, signs – basically anything you'd need printed, plus packing and shipping services all in one place.
FedEx Money-Back Guarantee Policy
FedEx offers refunds on certain services if they deliver late – even if it’s just 60 seconds. The guarantee has however been suspended on a lot of services and they can change the rules whenever they want. Currently some express services still have it, but not all do.
If you qualify, you've got 15 days from the invoice date to request your refund. Use FedEx Billing Online or call their invoice adjustment line. Weather delays, customs problems, and stuff outside their control don't count. And you only get back the transportation charges—not taxes, duties, or extra fees. My FedEx Rewards members have easier access to filing refund claims if you're enrolled in that.
FedEx Customer Support
Need help? Call 1-800-463-3339 anytime – the office is open 24/7. The automated system will route you to the right department. Live chat is also available, though usually just Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm EST. Their mobile app has chat built in which is convenient. Email support through their Contact Us page takes about a day or two to hear back.
They've got a pretty extensive FAQ section for self-service if you don't feel like waiting on hold. Or text 29372 for their virtual assistant. You can also hit them up on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or Instagram. For technical developer stuff, there's a separate line: 1-877-339-2774.
