Vitamix Refund Policy

Vitamix offers a 60-day in-home trial when you purchase your blender at Vitamix.com. If you're not happy with your blender within those 60 days, just return your blender for a full refund. The store will pay for return shipping. After the 60-day trial, you can still return your blender, but you'll have to pay for return shipping. To process a return, you need a Return Authorization (RA) number, which you can get by calling 1-800-848-2649.

Blender returns between 61-90 days have a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price. From 91 days to six months, there's a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. And between six months and a year, there's a restocking fee of 35% of the purchase price. The store doesn't accept product returns after one year from the date of purchase.

Vitamix accepts returns on attachments and FoodCyclers up to 60 days after the date of purchase and returns on accessories up to 30 days after the date of purchase. All cookbook sales are final.
