Factor Refund Policy

Factor doesn't have a refund policy, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. Just keep in mind that canceling your subscription won't cancel your existing orders. In other words, if you cancel before the weekly cutoff time, the company won't put in an automated order for the following week. However, if you cancel after the weekly cutoff time, you will receive your automated order the following week.
