Hyundai Infinity One Test Drive Sweepstakes (Ends 8/31/17)

ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on April 5, 2017 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 31, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received. Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, there will be five (5) drawing periods ("Drawing Period"), as set forth in more detail in the PRIZE DRAWING AND DRAWING SCHEDULE paragraph below.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period:

TEST DRIVE ENTRY To enter by taking a test drive: During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants must visit a Hyundai Dealership (to find a location, visit www.hyundaiusa.com/dealer-locator/) and test drive a Hyundai vehicle. Test drive requires a valid US driver's license. After completing the test drive, the Entrant must request a Redemption Code ("Redemption Code") from the dealership (a Redemption Code is required to enter the Sweepstakes). Once the Redemption Code is obtained, Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes at http://infinityone.hyundaisweepstakes.com by following the on screen instructions (including providing all required information which will include name, address, e-mail address, phone number and birthdate) and accepting the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes. Upon completion of the registration/entry process, Entrant will earn a maximum of one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit of one Redemption Code per person. Redemption Code may only be used once. Duplicate entries received at any time during the Sweepstakes Period by each Entrant will be void. If more than one (1) entry is received from the same person or in connection with the same Redemption Code, the first entry/Redemption Code received will be accepted and all others will be void. Upon completion of the registration/entry process, Entrant will earn one (1) entry into one of the five respective Drawing Periods as defined below (dependent upon date of entry submission). Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Entries are subject to the acceptance and acknowledgement of these Official Rules and any other applicable Terms of Services/Privacy Policy. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All test drives and entry submissions must be completed within the Sweepstakes Period. If you choose to enter via wireless device, you may be charged data rates according to the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier. Each wireless carrier's rate plan may vary, and entrants should contact their wireless carrier for information on rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes.

VIA MAIL To enter without a code or taking a test drive: Hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, and email address (on a plain 3"x5" piece of paper, place in a stamped envelope) and mail to: Hyundai Test Drive Sweepstakes, Attention: LM, PO Box 490, Woodbury, NY 11797-0490. Maximum of one (1) mail-in entry allowed (1 completed envelope). Envelopes containing multiple entries will be disqualified. Each eligible mail-in entry will be included in one of the five respective Drawing Periods as defined below (dependent upon date received). Mailed-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2017 and received by September 8, 2017.

Regardless of the method of entry, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, postage due mail, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible. Photocopies, mechanically reproduced, forged or altered mailed entries are void. No automated entry devices and/or programs permitted. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

PRIZES: Four (4) Grand Prizes: Each confirmed Grand Prize winner will receive a pair of tickets to the Infinity® One VIP Concert Experience. Grand Prize includes roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) from airport closest to winner's home and four (4) days/three (3) nights in a moderate hotel (one room, double occupancy). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $3,500 each. Total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $14,000.

Four Hundred Ninety Six (496) First Prizes: Each confirmed First Prize winner will receive an Infinity® One portable speaker. ARV of the First Prize is $299 each. Total ARV of all First Prizes is $148,304. Total ARV of all prizes offered in the Sweepstakes is $162,304. Total number of prizes awarded for the entire Sweepstakes not to exceed five hundred (500). All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of qualified eligible entries are received.

Actual value of prize may vary based on point of departure and existing rates at the time of booking and dates of travel. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. All federal, state and local taxes, including taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. The Grand Prize winners will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the value of the prize. No prize substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize permitted except with approval of the Sponsor who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and Administrator from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into this Sweepstakes or use/misuse of prize won. If potential winner cannot accept a prize (or portion thereof) as stated, prize may be forfeited in its entirety. All prize details are at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Trip components are subject to change without notice. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, and blackout dates. Sponsor or Sponsors designee will be responsible for coordinating travel and lodging. A deposit or payment in advance, or presentation of a credit card by the Grand Prize winner, may be required at the time of check-in at the hotel. Any hotel cancellations or changes to hotel reservations after confirmation must be made with the hotel directly, and the Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any charges and/or fees arising from changes made directly with the hotel. All federal, state, and local taxes and all other expenses and incidentals not specifically mentioned herein as being provided, are not included as part of any prize, and are the sole responsibility of each winner and the winner's guest, including, but not limited to: hotel taxes, additional ground transportation at the Grand Prize winner's destinations, travel and other applicable insurance, room service, bag check fees, parking fees, laundry service, food, beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, service charges and any other personal expenses incurred during the trip. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry of any Grand Prize winner and/or Grand Prize winner's guest who engages in a disorderly or disruptive manner (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any event while on trip. Further, if any such actions occur, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early for the Grand Prize winner and/or guest and send the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her guest home with no further compensation. The Grand Prize will be forfeited if: (1) Grand Prize winner and/or Grand Prize winner's guest are not available to travel on dates specified by Sponsor (estimated to be July 27 – July 30, 2017); or (2) Proper travel documents (e.g. photo id, passport, etc.) are not obtained by a Grand Prize winner and/or a Grand Prize winner's guest by the date specified by Sponsor. Guest traveling with a Grand Prize winner must be at time of Grand Prize fulfillment at least 21 years of age (and must sign and return a travel release to Administrator prior to travel). Grand Prize winner and Grand Prize winner's guest are solely responsible for obtaining any travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they wish to obtain at their own expense and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. If the Grand Prize winner lives within 150 miles of the destination city hotel, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation, and no additional compensation will be provided. Grand Prize winner and guest are bound by the terms and conditions of all airlines, hotels and other third-party service providers used in connection with the Grand Prize. Sponsor is not responsible if tickets, etc. are lost, stolen, or misplaced by a Grand Prize winner or guest and will not be replaced if any booked transportation is missed for any reason. All other expenses not stated herein as part of the Grand Prize are the Grand Prize winner's and guest's sole responsibility. Exact dates and locations are subject to change, and are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and may not be valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. The Grand Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

PRIZE DRAWING AND DRAWING SCHEDULE: There will be a total of five (5) random monthly drawings conducted from all eligible entries submitted during each applicable Drawing Period, as outlined in the "Drawing Schedule" below. Each random drawing will be held on or about the drawing dates noted below and conducted from amongst all eligible entries received during each applicable Drawing Period by the Administrator as follows:

The Administrators' decisions on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes are final. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received per Drawing Period. Entries included in one monthly drawing will not be eligible for subsequent monthly drawings. Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Limit one (1) prize per household throughout the Sweepstakes.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by the Administrator via mail, phone, and/or email. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to complete, sign, and return [1] an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and; where legal, a Publicity Release (collectively the "Affidavit"); [2] a Travel Release for the winner and for their Guest; [3] an IRS Form W-9 to include his/her social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner's prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service; and [4] a Disclosure Authorization Form required for the background clearance process for the winner and guest. Complete documents must be returned to the Administrator by the date stated in the notification email/letter or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential winner. If the potential winner (i) cannot be contacted after a reasonable attempt has been made by Administrator (as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion); or (ii) fails to timely return the required paperwork without alteration and in the form presented by Administrator; or (iii) refuses the prize; or (iv) the prize or prize notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable, then such potential winner will be disqualified and forfeits all rights to be deemed a winner in the Sweepstakes and receive the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected through a random drawing by the Administrator from the remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Except where prohibited by law, the winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use said winner's name, address (city and state), photograph, likeness, statements, voice, statements, and biographical information without further compensation for advertising and promotional purposes without notice.

EACH POTENTIAL GRAND PRIZE WINNER ALSO AGREES THAT THE SPONSOR MAY, AT ITS OPTION, CONDUCT, AND PERMIT THE ADMINISTRATOR TO CONDUCT A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK ON HIM OR HER. THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY POTENTIAL GRAND PRIZE WINNER ON THE BASIS OF ANYTHING CONTAINED IN, LEARNED, OR OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF, SUCH BACKGROUND CHECK. UNLESS PROHIBITED BY LAW, POTENTIAL GRAND PRIZE WINNER MAY BE REQUIRED TO SIGN WAIVER FORMS AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF PERSONAL AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INFORMATION TO SPONSOR AND THE ADMINISTRATOR, AND TO COMPLETE A BACKGROUND QUESTIONNAIRE TO REMAIN ELIGIBLE FOR THE SWEEPSTAKES.

FIRST PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION: All First Prize winners will be notified by email and their prize will be mailed to the address provided at time of registration. All First Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 6 to 8 weeks after notification.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By participating, Entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Entrants who violate these Official Rules or interferes with this Sweepstakes in any manner. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Electronically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the account from which the entry is made. Sponsor, Administrator, Prize Provider, Innocean Worldwide Americas, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents (collectively "Released Parties") are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or website, inability to submit the online registration form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or for late, lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged mailed entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Administrators' opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Administrator reserves the right to void any entries at issue and/or to suspend, modify, cancel or terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination date. Caution: Any attempt by an Entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant the Released Parties permission to use your personal information in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, located at www.hyundaiusa.com/privacy-policy.aspx. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, city/state of residence, photograph, visual and/or audio likeness for advertising or Sweepstakes purposes by Sponsor, and its designees, including but not limited to the posting of winner's name on the Sponsor's website(s), in a Winners List or other online announcements, without additional compensation, permission or notification except where prohibited by law. Entrants agree to release indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, participation in, Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by any means, which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to action taken using the judging procedure outlined above.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMIM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING AND TO THE MAXIMIM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW; FORUM: The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Orange County, in the State of California.

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The construction, validity and interpretation of the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the Orange County in the State of California. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.

SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
