Here's How to Enter
Beginning at 10:00am EST on June 19, 2017, visit ttpm.com/contests/wonder-woman-giveaway/ and follow the on-screen instructions to register and submit an entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries must be received by June 25, 2017, at 11:59pm EST. Limit one entry per person per day. Limit one prize per household.
Eligibility
This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada. Entrants under the age of thirteen (13) will need a parent's email address to participate. Employees of aNb Media, or any employee of a toy manufacturer, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies are not eligible. Eligibility will be determined by aNb's legal counsel.
Random Drawings
A random drawing to select the winners from the pool of eligible entries will be conducted on or soon after the end date of this contest. Random drawings will be conducted by an automated system. A server failure voids all entrants. Odds of winning in a random drawing will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that drawing. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of the drawing. To claim your prize, you must verify your shipping address, as stated in the email. If the winner does not respond or confirm within 14 days, their prize is forfeit. Winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence may be posted by 10:00am EST on ttpm.com/contests/wonder-woman-giveaway/ the day following the drawing.
Prizes
One (1) grand prize winner will receive a prize package containing a $100 Toys "R" Us gift card, one (1) Wonder Woman Battle-Action Sword, one (1) Wonder Woman Hero-Action Bow and one (1) Wonder Woman Headdress & Armband from Mattel. Six (6) runners up will receive a prize package containing one (1) Wonder Woman Battle-Action Sword, one (1) Wonder Woman Hero-Action Bow and one (1) Wonder Woman Headdress & Armband from Mattel.
General Rules
No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. By accepting prize, winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) agrees to hold Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners' names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
