SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at or about 12:00 PM Central Time
("CT") on August 31, 2017, and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on October 31, 2017
("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes will consist of four (4) entry periods (each, an
"Entry Period"), as outlined in the chart below:


Non-winning entries will carry forward into subsequent Entry Periods. The Administrator's
computer is the Sweepstakes official clock.



HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: Internet access and a valid e-mail address are
required to participate. During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter:
A. Purchase Method: During participating store hours within the Sweepstakes Period, an
eligible entrant may purchase any Keystone Light specially-marked 30-pack, 24-pack,
18-pack, and 15-pack 12 oz. can package to locate a limited-edition Keystone Light
orange can (each, a "Qualifying Purchase"). After making a Qualifying Purchase, theentrant must take a picture with the orange can included, visit www.keystonelight.com/stonehunt (the "Website"), and login. The entrant then must
register by entering the information requested on the registration form, which may
include without limitation: his/her first and last name (initials are not permitted), valid email
address, complete mailing address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted), date of birth,
telephone number and affirmation that he/she has read and agrees to be bound by these
Official Rules. The entrant then must upload the photo featuring the limited-edition
Keystone Light orange can. Upon completion and submission of the required
information, the entrant's submission will be reviewed by Sponsor or its designee. Upon
verification that the entrant's submission complies with all parameters set forth in these
Official Rules, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
B. Free Method of Entry: A purchase is not required. To enter the Sweepstakes without
making a Qualifying Purchase, an eligible entrant may save the orange can picture
available at the bottom of these Official Rules, and follow the steps in Section 3A above
to upload the orange can picture at the Website in order to receive one (1) entry into the
Sweepstakes.

By submitting a photo, entrant grants Sponsor and its agents an unlimited, worldwide,
irrevocable, perpetual license and right, but not obligation, to publish, reproduce, exhibit,
use, publicly display, distribute, edit, crop or otherwise exploit and create derivative works of the photo (as well as any name or likeness embodied therein) in any way, in any and all
media, now known or hereafter devised, without limitation, and without further consideration or approvals. Each entrant waives any intellectual property rights, publicity/privacy rights or other legal or moral rights relating to such use. BY SUBMITTING A PHOTO, ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE PHOTO, ALONG WITH HIS/HER FIRST NAME, AND LAST INITIAL, MAY BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE, OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO OTHER PAGES ON FACEBOOK, TWITTER, ETC., THE INTERNET, TELEVISION, RADIO, AND PRINT AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION, AND ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEIR ENTRIES MAY BE REPOSTED BY THE PUBLIC OR OPEN TO PUBLIC COMMENTARY, FOR WHICH SPONSOR AND THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE.
By submitting a photo, each Entrant warrants and represents the following with
respect to his/her photo: (a) Entrant is the sole and exclusive owner of the photo; (b)
the photo is 100% original and Entrant's own creation; (c) the photo will not infringe
on any rights of any third parties; and (d) that Entrant has not and will not take any
action that interferes with the rights granted to Sponsor under these Official Rules.

PHOTO GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS: Each photo:
 Must be in one of the following formats: .JPG, .JPEG, .GIF, .PNG;
 Must not exceed 5 MB;
 Must prominently feature a limited-edition Keystone Light orange can or the free image
provided at the end of these Official Rules;
 Must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including, but not
limited to, privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, including copyright
infringement, or legal or moral rights of any third party, living or deceased;
 Must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with
the promotion and administration of this Sweepstakes;
 Must not include any personally identifiable information;

 Must be the original work of the entrant and must not contain images or artwork, music,
quotes, parodies or other materials not created by entrant;
 Must not feature brand names, logos or trademarks other than Sponsor's trademarks in
any other element of the entry or image, which Sponsor has granted, as respect to the
Sponsor's trademarks, entrant a limited license to use for purposes of this Sweepstakes;
 Must not have been submitted previously in a promotion or contest of any kind and has
not been exhibited or distributed currently or previously in any media;
 Must not contain, facilitate, reference, or use material that is fraudulent, inappropriate,
indecent, lewd, pornographic, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or
libelous;
 Must not contain, facilitate, reference or use material that contains prohibited content
which shall include, but is not limited to content that promotes, suggests, or encourages:
i. gambling, including without limitation, any content related to online casinos,
sports books, bingo or poker;
ii. the use of firearms/weapons/ammunition, any illegal drugs, prostitution,
pornography, nudity, profanity or other adult content, violence, or the use of
alcohol or tobacco products;
iii. the taking up of arms against any person, government or entity or otherwise
challenge or seek to overthrow any government;
 Must not contain any viruses, spyware, malware, or other malicious components that are
designed to harm the functionality of a computer in any way;
 Must not contain, facilitate, reference, or use material that promotes bigotry, racism,
hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on
race, gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, political
orientation, citizenship, ancestry, marital status, or age; and
 Must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or
regulations in any jurisdiction where the photo was created.
Entrant must have approval from any persons appearing in the photo and be able to provide
express written consent of every such person appearing in the photo to Sponsor and/or
Administrator if requested.
NOTE: If any photo fails to comply with any of these photo Guidelines and Requirements or
any other provisions of these Official Rules, Sponsor/Administrator reserve the right to
disqualify the entrant and he/she will not be eligible to win a prize.
Limit: Regardless of the method of entry, each entrant is limited to receiving one (1) entry
per day during the Sweepstakes. If more than one (1) entry per day is received from the
same person, telephone number, address, or e-mail address, only the first entry received
may be considered valid. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is the 24 hour period
between 12:00:00 AM CT and 11:59:59 PM CT, except on August 31, 2017 on which a
"day" will be the period between 12:00:00 PM CT and 11:59:59 PM CT.
NOTE: If accessing the Website via a mobile device, message and data rates may apply.
Not all mobile telephone providers carry the service necessary to participate in this
Sweepstakes. Entrants should consult their wireless provider's pricing plans.

PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE AND ODDS OF WINNING:
A. Grand Prize (1): The grand prize is one (1) sport-utility ATV (make, model, and other
specifications to be selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); and a check
in the amount of $2,000 made payable to the grand prize winner ("Grand Prize"). Only
one (1) Grand Prize will be available in the Sweepstakes. The Approximate Retail Value
("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $12,599.
NOTE: Except as otherwise set forth herein, each winner is solely responsible for
all costs and expenses associated with delivery of an ATV Prize and must take
delivery of the ATV Prize at Sponsor-selected location. Each winner bears all risk of
loss on ATV Prize delivery upon winner verification. Actual Grand Prize vehicle,
including all Grand Prize specifications, will be selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion.
Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Each
winner will be solely responsible for any additional features, upgrades or options to a
Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all obligations, taxes and
expenses, including, but not limited to, sales tax, luxury tax, destination charges,
registration, title and license fees, insurance, tax, and all other costs incurred in claiming,
registering or using the Grand Prize. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth
herein are solely the Grand Prize winner's responsibility. No other fulfillment option will
be available. Grand Prize winner must present his or her valid U.S. driver's license and
provide satisfactory proof of liability insurance prior to the fulfillment of the Grand Prize.
Grand Prize details and availability are subject to change.
B. First Prizes (500 total; 125 per Entry Period): The first prize is a Keystone Light hat
("First Prize"). Five hundred (500) total First Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes,
one hundred twenty-five (125) per Entry Period. The ARV of each First Prize is $7.95.
The total ARV of all First Prizes is $3,975.
C. Second Prizes (500 total; 125 per Entry Period): The second prize is a Keystone Light
t-shirt (size selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) ("Second Prize"). Five hundred
(500) total Second Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes, one hundred twenty-five
(125) per Entry Period. The ARV of each Second Prize is $6.95. The total ARV of all
Second Prizes is $3,475.
D. Total ARV: The total ARV of all available prizes (collectively, "Prizes") in the
Sweepstakes is $20,049.
E. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a First Prize or Second Prize depend on the
total number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period. The odds of winning
the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the
Sweepstakes Period.
F. General: In no event will more Prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be
awarded. If, for any reason, more Prize notifications are sent (or more claims are

received) than the number of Prizes offered, as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor
reserves the right to award the intended number of Prizes through a random drawing
from among all eligible Prize claims received. Limit of one (1) Prize per
person/household. No Prize substitution or exchange will be allowed, except by
Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of
unavailability of a Prize or force majeure. Each winner shall be solely responsible for
payment of any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes for any Prize won. All
other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely each winner's
responsibility. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in
awarding a Prize for any reason. If after a good-faith attempt Sponsor is unable to award
or deliver a Prize, the Prize may not be re-awarded.
