This Promotion is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) and Mexico who are 18 years of age or older, and legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft") ("Sponsor"), GMR Marketing LLC ("GMR"), and any promotion or other vendor agency involved in this Promotion (and any other person engaged to work on this promotional program) and each of the above's respective affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") and the household and immediate family members (defined for the purposes of this Promotion as a parent, spouse, child, and sibling) of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. Promotion is subject to all federal, state, provincial, territorial, municipal, and local laws and regulations. Void in Quebec and where prohibited or restricted by law.
2) TIMING: This Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time of the United States ("PT") on September 21, 2017 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on October 10, 2017 ("Promotion Period").
3) HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) ways to enter— (1) online via the Xbox Live Entry Method using an Xbox One console; (2) via e-mail; or (3) via Twitter.
a) To enter online, you will earn one (1) entry into the Promotion by doing one (1) of the following:
i) To enter online via the Xbox Live Entry Method using an Xbox One console, you must have access to an Xbox One console and be an Xbox Live Gold or free member in good standing at the time of entry/winning. Once you have verified that you meet these system requirements, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion by doing one (1) of the following:
(1) EA Access: To earn one (1) entry into the Promotion via EA Access, you must (1) have an active EA Access membership at the time of entry/winning; (2) navigate to the "Real Madrid Promotion" landing page on the Xbox Live Dashboard; (3) click the designated area to register as instructed; (4) navigate to the Play First Trial of "FIFA 18"; and (5) click the designated area to play the Play First Trial of "FIFA 18" during the Promotion Period as instructed.
OR
(2) "FIFA 18" Game: To earn one (1) entry into the Promotion via the "FIFA 18" Game between September 26, 2017 and October 10, 2017, you must (1) have access to the "FIFA 18" game for Xbox One; (2) log into the Xbox Live service; (3) navigate to the "Real Madrid Promotion" landing page on the Xbox Live Dashboard; and (4) click the designated area to register as instructed. Once you have registered for the Promotion as described above, you must log into the Xbox Live service and play any session of "FIFA 18".
(a) Updating Account Information: Potential winners who entered online will be contacted using the contact information tied to the Xbox Live Gamertag used to earn an entry. Your Xbox Live Gamertag profile information, including e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number, must be complete, correct and current in order to be eligible for a prize. You can verify/update your profile information via your account profile by following the instructions on Xbox.com or through the Xbox Live Dashboard from an Xbox One console. Entries made by Xbox Live will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the Xbox Live account used to enter. "Authorized Xbox Live account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the Xbox Live account from which the entry was received.
ii) To enter online by e-mail without accessing the Xbox Live Service, draft an e-mail with the subject line "Microsoft Xbox Real Madrid Promotion" and include in the body of the e-mail your first name, last name, address, city, state/province/territory, zip/postal code, country, daytime phone number, and e-mail address and send the e-mail to [email protected] during the Promotion Period.
b) To enter via the Twitter, you must (1) create a new account or use an existing account on www.twitter.com ("Twitter"); (2) follow either the @Xbox Twitter handle at https://twitter.com/Xbox; the @XboxCanada Twitter handle at https://twitter.com/XboxCanada or the @XboxMexico Twitter handle at https://twitter.com/XboxMexico; and (3) retweet one (1) of the Sponsor's designated promotional Tweets containing "#XboxPromotion" during the Promotion Period. Retweets must be in the EXACT form as the original tweet to be eligible to receive an entry into the Promotion.
i) Twitter Entry Criteria and Terms: Retweets must be made by the authorized Twitter account holder at the time of entry. "Authorized Twitter account holder" is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to the Twitter address from which the entry was received. Retweets must be posted by the close of the Promotion Period to be eligible to be included in the random draw. If your Twitter account is private, your Retweet will NOT be eligible; you must change the setting on your account from private to "public" or "unprotected" in order for your Retweet to be considered an eligible entry. You must have a valid Twitter account and agree to the Twitter Terms of Use and the Twitter Privacy Policy in order to be eligible to enter. Registration on Twitter must be completed before an entry may be submitted. Twitter membership is free. The Twitter platform will be the official time clock for the Promotion Twitter entries. All attempts at email or any other Internet method of entry are void. Retweets that contain information that is deemed to be lewd or profane; contain material that violates or infringes on another's rights, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property; material that is hateful or defamatory; material that promotes bigotry, racism, or harm against a group or individual or promotes discrimination; or material that is unlawful or in violation of or contrary to federal or state/provincial/territorial laws or regulations, will be disqualified as determined solely by Sponsor. All Retweets will be reviewed for content. Retweets containing such prohibited content and/or otherwise deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate will be disqualified. Sponsor makes the final determination as to what Retweets are eligible to take part in the Promotion. By entering via a Retweet, each entrant warrants that it is created by the entrant and grants Sponsor, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the perpetual, unlimited and irrevocable right to post, publish, adapt, edit, make derivative works, and/or otherwise use the Retweet in any manner, including copyright, and in any media now known or hereafter developed.
c) Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry via the online entry methods and one (1) entry via the Twitter entry method per person/Xbox Live Gamertag/e-mail account holder/authorized Twitter account holder, regardless of method of entry. For clarity, a total of two (2) entries (one (1) via online and one (1) via Twitter) may be received during the Promotion per person. The use of automated devices to enter this Promotion is prohibited. The Released Parties and Twitter, Inc., assume no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries or any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become Sponsor's property and will not be returned.
Two (2) Grand Prizes: A trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Madrid, Spain to attend a Real Madrid game and Football clinic. Each Grand Prize includes: Round-trip, coach-class airfare for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Madrid, Spain from an airport determined by the Sponsor; four (4) nights' hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, in one (1) double-occupancy room, excluding room service, meals, and other incidentals); ground transportation to and from the airport/hotel for the winner and one (1) guest; two (2) tickets for the Grand Prize winner and guest to attend the Real Madrid vs. Sevilla match in December 2017 (seat location and all details to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); one (1) exclusive Real Madrid Football clinic experience for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (timing and details to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); and one (1) Real Madrid museum ticket for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $5,210 USD.
Grand Prize trips must be completed on the dates specified by the Sponsor/GMR in December 2017, or the Grand Prize winners shall forfeit the Grand Prize in its entirety.
b) Three (3) First Prizes: One (1) Xbox One S 500GB console bundle (console bundle model, features, design and all other aspects of the console bundle will be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). The ARV of each First Prize is $279 USD.
