We invite you to create informative and creative product videos for a variety of NeilMed products. You can submit a maximum of two videos for each of the adult nasal care products and one video for the ear care and infant products. The contest will include the following items; NeilMedĀ® Sinus Rinseā¢ Kit, NeilMedĀ® NasaFloĀ® Neti Pot, NeilMedĀ® SinugatorĀ®, NeilMedĀ® ClearcanalĀ® Ear Wax Removal Kit and NeilMedĀ® NaspiraĀ®. We want you to share your tips and tricks with the rest of the world and feel free to use humor and creativity in your videos as well.
1. Eligibility: Contestants must have a valid Facebook account and be a fan of NeilMed's Facebook page at

No purchase of NeilMed products is necessary to enter this contest. Contestants must be legal residents of at least one of the fifty (50) United States (Including D.C.) or Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
2. Contest schedule:
- Submissions will begin on November 9th, 2017 at 6:00 PM PST and end
December 3rd, 2017 at 11:59 PM PST
- Voting is open to the public on Facebook and will take place between
December 4th-10th, 2017
- Final selection process will take place December 11th-14th, 2017
- Winners will be announced on December 15th, 2017 on NeilMed's Facebook page at
https://www.facebook.co
Winners will also be contacted by phone at the phone numbers they have provided to NeilMed.
3. Instructions for Video Submissions: The theme of the video will be how one or more of NeilMed's products has helped your quality of life. You can use one or more of the following products in your video: Neilmed Sinus Rinse, NeilMed Naspira, NeilMed ClearCanal, NeilMed brand neti pots, and NeilMed Sinugator. Please record yourself, your friends or family members using one of these products to demonstrate the effectiveness of the product and encourage others to try the product. Be sure to follow the directions for use provided in the product packaging and communicate accurate information to the public. In particular, follow our water warnings: do NOT use tap water; you may use distilled, micro-filtered (through 0.2 micron filter), commercially bottled or previously boiled and cooled down water. We encourage you to use humor and creativity in this video demonstration to make it memorable for viewers and increase your odds of winning. You should tag the videos with #NeilMed & #NeilMedVideoContest. Videos demonstrating products other than NeilMed branded products will be disqualified. Videos must be less than 60 seconds in duration. You must use at least one image or logo from the NeilMed tool kit provided on the NeilMed video contest homepage. Please make sure that you wear appropriate clothing is appropriate, not vulgar or offensive, and does not obstruct the product demonstration. All contestants must either 1) upload their submission to www.neilmed.com/contest, including an e-mail address and phone number you may be contacted at, or 2) alternatively, mail the original video on a DVD to:

4. Viewer Voting Period and Winner Selection Process: During the first round of the contest (the Viewer Voting Period), NeilMed will post all of the contestants' submitted videos on its Facebook page. Visitors to the Facebook page will be eligible to view and vote for their favorite videos. Each visitor can only vote one time for one favorite video. Visitors should select the video that they judge to be the most creative and engaging video that educates viewers about the benefits of using NeilMed products. The twenty-five (25) videos that follow the directions above with the highest numbers of votes at the end of the voting period will move onto the second round, the Winner Selection Process.
During the Winner Selection Process, the social media team at NeilMed Pharmaceuticals, Inc. will review the top twenty-five (25) viewer favorite videos and from that pool will select the first, second, and third place prizes. The NeilMed team will choose the winners using the following criteria: the total number of views; the number of votes; creativity and originality of content; and informative and accurate demonstration of products and their benefits.
The NeilMed team will announce winners on the NeilMed Facebook page on December 15. Please visit the page to see if you are a winner. Shortly thereafter NeilMed will contact winners using the contact information provided via the online submission or mail-in submission immediately following winner selection. If a winner's video submission was made through NeilMed's website, rather than by mailing a DVD, the owner of the e-mail account shall be the winner. If attempts to contact the winner are not successful after five (5) days of the first attempt, the winner will forfeit his/her prize and an alternative winner may be selected. The odds of winning this contest will vary depending on the number of entries and the quality of the videos received by contestants.
5. Prizes. NeilMed will award the following prizes:
First Place: US$3,000
Second Place: US$2,000
Third Place: US$1,000
All contestants who provide their home addresses to NeilMed will receive a free NeilMed Sinus Rinse Kit.
Winners of cash prizes will have to sign an IRS Form 1099 prior to delivery of the cash prize.
6. Terms and Conditions. Multiple entries are not permitted. Each contestant may enter no more than one video during the entire contest. Any submissions to enter more than one video using alternate email addresses, identities or any other method will render all entries by that contestant void. See Official Rules for full details.
