PROMOTION PERIOD: The Dine Rewards 5.5 Million Members Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 1, 2018 and ends at midnight ET on March 31, 2018 (the "Promotion Period").
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry (the "Entrant").
TO ENTER: There are two methods to enter the Promotion:
(1) During the Promotion Period, Entrant must sign up for Dine Rewards (if not already a member) and have a minimum qualifying spend of $20 (as defined in Dine Rewards Terms & Conditions) at any Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, or Carrabba's Italian Grill, or $40 minimum qualifying spend at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, within the United States, from March 1, 2018 through March 31, 2018. Entrant will receive one (1) automatic entry into the Promotion for each minimum qualifying spend up to a maximum of two entries daily;
(2) For an alternate means of entry, Entrant may mail-in a 3x5-inch card, handprinted with the Entrant's name, home mailing address, daytime telephone number, and email address in a sealed envelope addressed to "Dine Rewards 5.5 Million Members" Sweepstakes, PO Box 10760, Rochester, NY 14610. All entries must be postmarked by midnight ET on March 31, 2018 and received by April 9, 2018 to be included in the drawing. Each mail-in entry must be hand-printed and mailed in a separate outer, postmarked envelope. Envelopes that contain multiple entry cards will be disqualified from the Promotion. Photocopied or mechanically-reproduced/generated entries are not allowed.
Entrant may mail two (2) entries per day, with a limit of sixty-two (62) total entries per Entrant for the entire Promotion Period.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:
One (1) Grand Prize: Outback or Carrabba's or Bonefish for a year, consisting of one (1) $100 Bloomin' Brands E-gift card given to the Grand Prize winner each month for a twelve (12) month period for a total of twelve (12) $100 Bloomin' Brands E-gift cards;
Five (5) First Prizes: $500 Bloomin' Brands E-gift card;
Fifty (50) Second Prizes: $50 Bloomin' Brands E-gift card;
Five-Hundred (500) Third Prizes: $10 Bloomin' Brands E-gift card.
The total approximate retail value of the all prizes is $11,200.
