Yes, Walmart purchases are eligible for the rebate.

Do not get the email rebate! Too many issues depositing at many banks and my rebate had a stop payment that I still haven't gotten straightened out!

Last 2 times I did this (last time being last spring), the rebate took about 3 weeks longer than the 'maximum' amount of time listed (8 weeks?), but eventually did come in fine. Would not panic.

It is 2 per household, per rebate period. This rebate is valid from 8/1-10/31 so you can only do 2 within that period.
