It was an absolute nightmare having to deal with their customer service dept. At first, I called and the person who answered the phone said I apologize about 10 times but that he couldn't do anything to speed up delivery. Then, I asked for a Supervisor. After much discussion, she finally agreed to request expedited delivery from the manufacturer but it was no guarantee. I was extremely disappointed it took so much effort on my part to get the expedite request. She sent a message in the next few days that it would be delivered to the warehouse early next week. However, when that day came and went, I received no communication from customer service. So, I had to call back and the Supervisor did not want to help any further. I asked for her Supervisors name and phone. I ended up leaving about 5 voice messages for her supervisor and a few online messages. All my messages went unanswered as the supervisor never returned my call, nor did I receive further online communication.
This overall purchase was a complete nightmare and I will never ever do business with US mattress ever again. Hopefully, this comment will help others not have the horrible experience we went through.
They will do everything they can to deny your warranty. 1cm pen mark, a droplet of water, etc. Nothing warrants a warranty replacement according to them. Sagging has to meet their own stupid measurement system, and the guy they hire shows up in a Honda Accord with some string and weights, and that's it. The problem is, they measure without any load on the mattress, so all the foam and fluff hides the sagging.
The customer service is shockingly rude. One of the worst Ive dealt with.
Also, don't buy any mattresses with these 1-5 inch foam layers. They all degrade with heat. I was told by a mattress salesman that they get complaints all the time, and he explains why the mattress feels so different after a few months. But they won't do anything to honor the warranty unless you can make it sag to their rubric.
