Frito-Lay Tostitos Homegate Sweepstakes ~ 9/10/18 (Twitter)

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on September 6, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on September 10, 2018.

Open only to legal residents of any of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Prize (1): Winner will receive a custom-designed TOSTITOS® branded stadium seating couch and $3,000.00 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $16,745.00.

Winner must comply and agree to all prize conditions, limitations and restrictions as outlined below. If any condition or requirement of the placement and/or delivery of the couch is not met, the couch will not be delivered and prize will be forfeited, in Sponsor's sole discretion.

Space Conditions:
 The dimensions of the couch are as follows: 108" wide x 90" deep x 50" high (at highest back point).
 Winner must have space within their home or outdoors at their property to accommodate the size of the couch.
 For indoor placement of the couch, winner's residence needs to have a standard 36" doorway or larger, on a first floor with direct access from the street. No second-floor locations. No tight turns inside the house.
 For outdoor placement of the couch, couch must be left on winner's property.

Delivery Conditions:
 Winner's residence must be accessible by the delivery truck (i.e. winner's residence must be accessible via major highway and all roads to winner's residence must be properly paved and wide enough to handle the delivery truck).
 Winner must commit to Sponsor's delivery date (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) which shall be communicated to winner upon verification of winner.
 Winner must select indoor or outdoor placement of the couch upon receipt of the delivery date.
 Winner and/or another individual designated by winner must be present at winner's residence or property on the scheduled delivery date and within the designated time frame.
