At participating locations. Bonus cards are usable for 3 weeks in January (1/1 - 1/22).

*Get a $10.00 bonus card for every $50 in Panera Bread® plastic gift cards and eGift cards purchased or reloaded in-cafe or online between 11/14/18–12/31/18. Gift cards and eGift cards must be purchased or reloaded in a single transaction and cannot be a combination of separate in-cafe and/or online purchases. Customers making qualifying purchases will receive the bonus card at the time of purchase for in-cafe purchases or within forty-eight (48) hours by email to the email address used to place the online order. While supplies last. Bonus card can be used multiple times until the $10.00 is depleted or the promotion expires. On a separate note, I bought $50 today with the Happy Eats gift card I got discounted at my local grocery store last month.

Nice. Was about to try this. Won't work online, unfortunately, though.
I do like that it doesn't require you to use it or lose it. Panera ain't cheap but I do usually spend less than $20 each visit.

Wish I could not be bothered to save money. Not hard to spend $10 on lunch. Picked up some cards today with discounted cards to combine the discounts. If I only use half the bonus card I'm way ahead.
Have you tried this yet? I used a $100 happy card to buy $50 but didn't know if I try to do another $50 with only exactly $50 left on the card if it would error out.
