**** ABOUT NON-U.S. REGION GAMES ****

Nintendo Switch games from companies like Daily Steals, Massgenie, etc, almost always sell non-U.S. Region games (e.g. Asia, Malay/Saudi/UAE, Latin America). That is how they can offer steep discounts and still make money (i.e. bulk buys from regional agents/resellers, exchange rate differences, subsidized daily deals from Facebook marketplace, etc).

Games from such deals are most likely legit, and will play on your Switch (since the Switch is region-free).

However you still may encounter the following issues:

1.) Game artwork, manual may or may not be in English (or may include multiple languages like Spanish, French, Chinese, etc).

2.) Games from certain regions may or may not include English localization. Usually these companies will make sure English localization is available on their non-U.S. region games before selling, but you never know.

3.) DLC for certain games (e.g. Splatoon 2) MUST match the region of your game. While most Nintendo Switch games can use DLC from any region, it's best to make sure this is the case of the offered title before buying. For example, if your game is from Latin America, you may need to make a new Latin America account to buy/download the game's DLC from their eShop in order to play the DLC. It may not be a deal-breaker for some people (many people already have multiple eShop accounts from different regions to buy exclusive digital games and/or digital games at a cheaper price than their home country), but most buyers may not be aware of this (potential) hassle.
