Holy waiting period Batman!

I did this deal in mid February. Got an email today estimating I will get my rebate between June 15 and June 30th.

That is insane. I am really trying to like TMobile that I switched to back in November. But, this is nuts and really a turnoff.

Good point. Except that puts it close to 16 weeks from submission, and 12 weeks after they have already processed it.

But, just about everything is "quoted" with a long lead time and lots of buffer. Like refunds when they say two billing cycles, but we all know it happens within a few days, often same day. When I see 8-12 weeks, the 12 to many people means if things get messed up, but surely not 12 weeks as the norm, and hopefully more like 8 weeks.

Just to clarify, it's from end of first billing cycle so that can add an additional 3 weeks.
Yea. This is a loooong deal. I just got confirmation for my rebates.

What do you mean by 90days line cancellation?

I was told that my account must NOT have any line cancellation in the previous 90 days. I asked before creation of new line if there was any other fine prints or cancellation prerequisite, and I was told "None"...However, my rebate got denial.

that's ridiculous. I never saw that anywhere. I'd demand they send full terms.

btw, what's their support number?

I switched 3 lines to T-mobile using this offer one from Cricket Wireless and two from AT&T.

Now status was updated that one of the lines is ineligible with reason "Free add-a-line".

Does anyone know what this means ? I pay $155 with $15 Auto pay discount = $140 per month for 3 lines,

obviously it means that you won't be getting $150 for that ineligible line because it is not a paid line...right?

because it says

"Note: this rebate is only payable for qualified lines that are active and in good standing 8-12 weeks after the first bill cycle date when processed."
This means I can cancel or port out my lines after the 4th billing cycle, correct?

Best to cancel or port out after u get rebate or else it will denied like me due cancelled lines. Personally this rebate is very hard to get, with lots of fine prints but not printed or disclosed anywhere. Also this rebates takes long time to receive or denied... Bad taste in mouth, other third party maybe be better
