Eligibility: The 24/7 Fan Sweepstakes Presented by Carhartt ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Carhartt, Inc. ("Sponsor"), ESPN Digital Media, Inc. d/b/a ESPN Internet Ventures, teamDigital Promotions, Inc. ("teamDigital" and/or " Administrator") and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion/fulfillment agencies, anyone else connected with the production and distribution of this Sweepstakes (hereafter "Released Parties") and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

How to Participate: Entrants will be eligible to participate between 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on 11/15/18 and 11:59:59 PM ET on 1/7/19 ("Promotion Period") when they visit www.ESPN.com/Carhartt247 and complete and submit the Official Entry Form to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per day. Additional entries received in excess of the stated limitation will be void. The name of the Authorized Account Holder associated with any given email address will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these official rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, an online service provider, or another organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Proof (to Sponsor’s satisfaction) of being the Authorized Account Holder may be required by Sponsor. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, or misdirected entries, email messages, failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections including those through ESPN.com/Carhartt247, miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, malfunction of phones (including but not limited to wireless phones/handsets), phone lines, or telephone systems or other communication malfunctions, cellular equipment tower, telephone systems, wireless service problems or other technical failures, garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions, any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication, traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problems, including but not limited to any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes, printing or other errors appearing within these official rules or in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic or otherwise. The use of automated entry or similar devices as specifically set forth above, is prohibited and entries through such prohibited devices are void. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Released Parties by telephone, email and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes only.

Winner Selection: Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 1/10/19 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by teamDigital, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize winner will be notified by email, telephone, overnight delivery and/or mail.

One (1) Grand Prize: A two (2)-night trip for winner plus one (1) guest to attend one 2019-2020 College Football Bowl Game of winner’s choice from the following list:

Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S. (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to destination, two (2)-night standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room), ground transfers to/from the airport/hotel/stadium and admission for the winner and his/her guest to the Game. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,700. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary depending on winner’s city of departure. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Travel, hotel and other arrangements will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining any/all necessary documents (including but not limited to a valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. If Grand Prize winner chooses not to take a guest, then the applicable guest elements will be forfeited and the remaining elements shall constitute full satisfaction of the Grand Prize. Other travel/accommodation restrictions may apply. Trip must be taken on dates and times designated by Sponsor or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if winner lives within a 150-mile driving distance radius of Game location, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and to award no additional compensation in such event. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays. If the Game does not take place, Sponsor will award remaining elements of the Grand Prize, which shall constitute full satisfaction of the Grand Prize. In the event the Grand Prize winner (and/or his or her guest (if applicable)) engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early. Grand Prize winner will receive a 1099-tax form for the actual retail value of the Grand Prize for the tax year in which the Grand Prize trip is taken.

Miscellaneous : All costs, including federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Grand Prize not specified as covered as part of the Grand Prize herein, including, but not limited to, any additional ground transportation, luggage fees, meals, gratuities and souvenirs, are the sole responsibility of winner. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of the Grand Prize (or portion of the Grand Prize) will be granted due to Grand Prize (or portion of Grand Prize) unavailability, except as determined by Sponsor and then only for a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of equal or greater value as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within three (3) days of issuance of notification. Guests must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of 1/10/19 and will be required to sign and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. Non-compliance with the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of the Grand Prize to an alternate winner. If any Grand Prize notification letter or portion of the Grand Prize is returned as undeliverable, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. Designation of the winner is subject to verification of the applicable Affidavit/Release. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and agree that: 1) Released Parties and their designees and assigns may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification and 2) Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, including but not limited to war, strikes, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination or suspension, at its discretion, select the winner from among eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event requiring such termination or suspension.

Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check of any and all records of winner/guest, including without limitation, civil and criminal court records and police reports. To the extent necessary under law, winner/guest(s) shall authorize this background check. Sponsor may also take all steps necessary to corroborate any information provided to Sponsor by winner/guest. In that regard, winner/guest will be obligated to provide necessary contacts and information so that Sponsor may conduct such investigation. Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify the winner/guest(s) from any prize element, based on the background check.

DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (i) all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by Michigan without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be (A) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (B) filed only in the state or federal courts situated in Wayne County, Michigan state, and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims or causes of action; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

PRIVACY: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select & announce the winner and fulfill the prize, and will be treated in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, accessible on its website at https://www.carhartt.com/content/...acy-policy, as well as ESPN Internet Ventures’ privacy policy, accessible on its website at http://disneyprivacycenter.com.
